Returning of Breakout Event Registration Forms & Payment
All Breakout Event Registrations must be postmarked No Earlier than April 20, 2018. Whether you got your break out event packet via snail mail or email, your registration must be sent with a postmark no earlier than April 20, 2018. If your registration is postmarked earlier than April 20, 2018, it will be counted as a postmark of April 22, 2018.

You must mail in your registration forms with payment for Doll Events, workshops, and tours. Along with the registration & payment for the workshops and tours, you must register for the seminars even though no payment is required. Please combine your payments into one check.
The hotel number is Phone 1-801-531-0800. Please make certain to tell the reservation clerk that you are requesting the Madame Alexander Doll Club room rate. You can make your reservation online. In order to assure that you get our group rate, your reservation must be made before May 24, 2018
Any and all forms & payments must not be postmarked before April 20, 2018, but No Later than May 20, 2018.
We will accept Meal Only registrations for events, and the Banquet through May 20, 2018– NO EXCEPTIONS
No Refunds after May 20, 2018.
